In this role, the candidate will work on developing ongoing communications and working relationships with clients. The specialist will assist in the day-to-day needs of our customers and partners, providing them with high-quality support.

Communicate with clients on social networks, resolve their claims and questions
Take the responsibility for chats, tickets and calls
Answer general questions about the service and resolve clients’ issues promptly via live chat and email
Process the KYC verification for potential and existing clients
Stay informed about the competitive landscape, the industry updates and trends
Elicit partners’ feedback to act as internal advocate for our partners
Maintain open communication between the departments to resolve listing issues
Communicate regularly with the customers to evaluate their user experience
Perform other tasks assigned by the Head of the Client Administration department

Experience in social media communications
Native speaker of English
BA degree or equivalent
Significant work experience, preferably in a financial account/client management, business development or analyst role
At least one year of experience in the forex industry preferably in a customer support position
Ability to work a range of shifts
Thoughtful, action-oriented, able to take direction and quickly translate it into results
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at the same time
Ability to listen to a client and team’s needs and find solutions
Outstanding project management and time management skills
Detail-oriented, excellent organisational skills and ability to work on complex issues
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Advanced problem-solving skills
