Main duties:
 Monitoring of work and preparation of schedules.
 Coordination with vendors, directors and other production people
in order to ensure timely completion of projects.
 Everyday communication with suppliers and stores regarding
products, stocks, orders, promotions.
 Collaboration with marketing department in terms of promotions.
 Supplier’s invoicing.
 Responsible to ensure that contract terms are being correctly
applied according to different cases.
 Proper handling of China orders for private label products, in order
to achieve continuous availability of products and correct stock
levels.
 Collaboration with Product Manager in product ranges creation.
