Have many years as a field/senior technician which is now a valued experience in facility, engineering and consultancy assignments.
Main technical knowledge is in telecom construction (buildings & line plant), copper & fibre optic (internal & external) cable networks, ducting/cable pit networks, PBX, satellite station, UPS power installations. and server rooms This includes design input and supervision of installation. Attended multiple courses relevant to Integrated Works Management Systems (TRIRIGA) and training of local staff.
Interfacing with other departments appertaining to health, security, safety and environment. Extensive knowledge of QAHSE having completed in house courses for oil & gas companies. Good people skills with experience in instructing and mentoring local staff in all aspects of telecom engineering.
Proven computer skills for engineering applications.
